We provide academic book publishing services and associate membership programs.

2Nature of Services

World Academic Press provides:

  • Book publishing services (print and/or digital)
  • Editorial and formatting support
  • ISBN guidance
  • DOI assignment as part of book publishing services
  • Associate Membership Program (paid)
  • Automated recognition certificate for associate members

* All services are service-based offerings, not physical retail goods except hardcopy of the book.

3Associate Membership

  • Users can become Associate Members by paying a nominal fee.
  • Membership provides professional recognition and access to publishing-related support.

Certificate Generation

  • Upon successful payment, the recognition certificate is generated automatically.
  • The certificate is delivered digitally (download/email) instantly or within a short time.
  • Users must ensure all details are correct before payment, as certificates are auto-generated.

4Book Publishing

  • Authors may submit manuscripts for publishing services.
  • As part of the publishing process, we may assist in assigning ISBN & DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to the book or its chapters (if applicable).
  • ISBN & DOI assignments are carried out through authorized agencies/partners.
  • Important: Once assigned, a DOI is permanent and cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • DOI availability depends on the selected publishing package and compliance with requirements.

5Service Agreement

We provide professional book publishing services, including manuscript processing, peer review, editorial evaluation, and publication support.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a review process by our editorial team and peer reviewers. Based on the evaluation, the manuscript may be accepted, revised, or rejected in accordance with our publishing standards.

While we follow a structured review and publication process, we do not guarantee acceptance, indexing, or commercial success of any manuscript. Final outcomes depend on the quality, originality, and compliance of the submitted work.

6Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree). We do not store any card or banking details.

For Book Publishing Services

  • An initial 50% advance payment is required after manuscript acceptance following peer review.
  • The remaining 50% must be completed before final production and publication.
  • Production will proceed only after full payment.

For Associate Membership

  • Full payment is required in advance.
  • Recognition certificate is generated automatically upon successful payment.

11Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before service processing begins. Due to instant certificate generation, membership cancellation is generally not possible after payment.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment occurs.
  • Payment successful but service not initiated.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Certificate has been generated automatically.
  • Publishing process has started.
  • DOI process initiated/completed.
  • User entered incorrect details.
  • Change of mind after payment.

Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
