Cancellation Policy

World Academic Press is a non-profit academic publishing and certification organization. To maintain fairness, the following policy applies.

1. Book Publishing

Authors may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
Email request to: editor@worldacademic.press
Within 48 hours: Refund issued after deducting bank/admin charges.
After 48 hours: No refund (work has already started).

2. Online Certificate Generation

(Scholar Membership, Reviewer, Conference, FDP Certificates)

Cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of payment.
Email request to: editor@worldacademic.press
Within 24 hours: Refund processed after charges.
After 24 hours: No refund (verification in progress).

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

We collect Name, email, institution, and manuscript details.
Used for processing publications, memberships, and certificates.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Terms & Conditions

By using the website, services, or publishing platforms of World Academic Press, you agree to the following:

All submitted content must be original and free from plagiarism.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their work.
WAP reserves the right to accept or reject any submission based on academic and ethical standards.
Payments made for publishing, membership, or certificates are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policies.
Certificates and publications issued by WAP are for academic and professional use and must not be misused or altered.

Membership Agreement

Membership is valid for one year from issue date.
Annual fee covers administrative and verification costs.
Members must provide accurate professional information.
Membership does not guarantee publication (subject to review).
