Mentor–Mentee Activity Record Book

Mentoring is an essential component of teacher education. A B.Ed. student not only requires academic instruction but also needs continuous guidance, emotional support, professional direction, and personal encouragement. The mentor–mentee system creates a meaningful relationship between teacher educators and student-teachers, where the mentor guides the mentee in academic growth, professional development, personal adjustment, and career preparation. The “Mentor–Mentee Activity Record Book” has been prepared with the objective of maintaining a systematic and comprehensive record of mentoring activities in B.Ed. colleges. This book provides structured formats for recording mentee details, attendance, academic performance, internship progress, Co-curricular activities, professional development programmes, community engagement activities, and individual mentoring support. The book is designed to help mentors monitor each mentee’s progress regularly and provide timely guidance whenever required.
